about me

I began my training in counselling and psychotherapy because I wanted to understand behaviour – my own and that of the people around me. What started as a personal journey to become stronger and more self-aware grew into a commitment to professional training and, ultimately, to working as a therapist.

In our work together, you’ll find a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we explore your challenges at your pace. My integrative approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, and compassion-focused therapies, as well as CBT elements, always tailored to what best supports you.

I aim to make therapy accessible and comfortable. I know that sitting with a therapist can feel daunting, and I work to create a space where people feel at ease and even find the process engaging. Together, we can develop practical skills that build confidence both in yourself and in how you relate to others.

“Therapy is not about becoming someone else, it’s about becoming more yourself.”
